The Long Slow Sunday run is an easy-paced, Zone 2, endurance building run. We meet outside the main entrance of the John Rhodes Community Centre and the run starts at 10am. The pace is conversational and nobody gets left behind. If you’re interested in training to run 10km or farther, this is the run for you!
