The Sunday 10km run is for our distance-runners and distance-runners-to-be!
This group departs from the main entrance of the John Rhodes Community Centre weekly at 10am. We keep the pace pretty conversational and weave our way through the east end before returning to the Rhodes. Additional distance is optional if anybody is interested.
A reminder, also, that our AGM is on Monday night, beginning at 7pm at the Holiday Inn. We will look back at 2022 and ahead to see what 2023 has in store. There will also be an opportunity for members to offer input and feedback on what we do as a club, so please consider attending! You can register at the link on our home page.
