A Special Reminder that the Long Slow Sunday group run for this week, Feb. 19, 2023, is cancelled. Instead, feel free to join in for all or part of the Third Annual Industriultra!
Park at Foothill Rd or Anich Rd and run repeats of Goulais Ave. hill ad infinitum, ad nauseum. Event starts at 8am and will go on until everybody gives up or completes 50km. Bring snacks and hydration as this is an unofficial event and there is no official aid station.
