Happy Friday! Who is coming running tonight?
The Friday Five is an inclusive, no-drop run. We meet at 6:30pm outside the John Rhodes and go for a nice jaunt around the neighbourhood.
Last week it came to my attention that not everybody knew exactly where to meet since the John Rhodes is a big place! Tonight, let’s gather right near the main entrance. We’ll leave from there promptly at 6:30.
