C25K – W1D2

Reminder to all of our Couch to 5K runners that, for the duration of the program, we will be offering additional group runs as an opportunity for you to do your “homework” runs with some company!

Fridays at 6:15pm we will meet for “Day 2” of each week, and Mondays at 6:00pm we’ll get together for “Day 3.”

We’re using the workouts from an app called Just Run, which is free for iPhone and Android. If you are unable to join the group runs to complete days 2 and 3, we recommend downloading the app so you can do them on your own or with a friend!
