Couch to 5K!

Hey everybody! Our first Couch to 5K session of 2023 will be starting soon!

Do you want to get into running, or get back into it after a break? This is the program for you!

Over the course of 10 weeks, we’ll slowly build up to running a full 5km without any walking breaks. The final session will coincide with our annual Summer Solstice 5K Fun Run, and we’ll have prizes for everyone who completes the full program. Register now to join us! Click the image below.
