Happy Friday, Stryders!

The Friday Fiver is an inclusive 5k that departs from the John Rhodes Community Centre at 6:30pm.

Whatever your pace, we’ll make sure that nobody gets left behind.

Dress up this evening for an extra fun Halloween-themed run!
