Hey folks,
Sorry, but I’m out with a cold so I’m not around to lead a group run tonight. I urge you all to still get out and enjoy the lovely weather and fall colours before they’re gone!
Please note that beginning next week, October 28th, we will move this run back into town and meet at the John Rhodes Community Centre. It’s starting to get dark pretty early and running the trails in the twilight can be dangerous. Hope to see you at the John Rhodes next Friday!
